This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website https://www.tiny2tall.in/.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, freebies, or additional items received with the product
- Supported by order proof, invoice, or purchase confirmation
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. How to Request a Return

- Clear photos or video of the product and packaging, if applicable
Return requests sent without proper order details may take longer to process.

If your return request is approved, we will share return instructions with you.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Package photos
- Unboxing video, if available
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will assist you with a replacement, exchange, return, or refund as applicable.
Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products may not be accepted if reported after a long delay.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Used, washed, worn, or damaged products
- Products without original tags, labels, invoice, or packaging
- Innerwear, undergarments, socks, and similar hygiene items
- Feeding bottles, nipples, pacifiers, teethers, breast pumps, and feeding accessories
- Diapers, wipes, baby care, skin care, personal care, and hygiene products
- Opened, sealed, or tampered products
- Food, nutrition, supplements, or consumable items
- Customized, personalized, or special-order products
- Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products
- Clearance sale, final sale, or heavily discounted items, if marked as non-returnable

6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed only if the product is eligible and the requested replacement product, size, color, or variant is available.
If the requested item is not available, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit, if applicable
- Refund, if approved
Exchange approval is subject to product condition, availability, and verification by Tiny2Tall.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product sent by us, we will guide you with the return or replacement process.
If the return is due to size issue, change of mind, wrong item selected by the customer, incorrect address, or any other customer-side reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges, COD charges, gift wrapping charges, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Tiny2Tall.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval. However, the final credit may take additional time depending on your bank, card provider, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment gateway.
For Cash on Delivery orders, if applicable, we may request bank account or UPI details to process the refund.
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, such as:
- Product returned with missing accessories
- Product packaging damaged
- Product showing signs of use
- Part of the order returned
- Shipping, COD, or service charges not eligible for refund
Tiny2Tall reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially refund a return after inspection.
10. Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order may be handled according to this Return and Refund Policy.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after approval.
11. Refund Not Received
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it within 10–15 business days, please first check with your bank, card provider, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment gateway.

12. Communication for Returns and Refunds
By placing an order or requesting a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund, you agree that Tiny2Tall may contact you through SMS, WhatsApp, RCS messages, email, or phone calls for order-related and support-related communication.
You may opt out of promotional messages anytime by replying STOP, but transactional messages related to your order, delivery, return, exchange, cancellation, or refund may still be sent.
